The location in Rossland is convenient and picturesque.
During my stay in the Queen Room Mountain View, I encountered several issues that were frustrating. The heating system left much to be desired, as I struggled to warm the room to a comfortable temperature and faced unexpected cold showers. Additionally, the noise from adjacent rooms was quite disturbing, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from everything in town. I really enjoyed the spacious rooms and the beautiful views from the windows. The attached restaurant served excellent meals, and the breakfast options were fantastic, especially the gluten-free choices. However, the air conditioning left something to be desired. it wasn't as cool as I expected, making it a bit uncomfortable at times. The bathroom setup was inconvenient, as the door was quite large and interfered with the toilet area. Parking was easy, which is a plus, but the lack of a soap holder in the handicap-accessible room was disappointing. The staff were helpful, but some aspects of the hotel felt neglected, like the maintenance of the hot tub and sauna. Overall, there's potential here. just needs a bit more attention to detail.

The bed was super comfy and I loved the incredible food at the restaurant—seriously, the dinner was top-notch! They have a lovely sauna and a refreshing hot tub to unwind after a long day on the slopes. The only tiny gripe was the hot tub had some strong chlorine, but that won't stop me from coming back! 😊
